Paint Lead - 2nd shift role at Generac

Responsibilities Paint Support I- Comply with the company/site safety rules.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
- Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
- Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- All Level I responsibilities.
- Line setting.
- Understanding of packaged parts.
- Communicates with material handlers and maintenance.
- Complete supervised maintenance activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- All Level I & Level II responsibilities.
- Sets up and runs the board.
- Acts as trainer for department.
- Operates with expectation of zero defects. Escalates appropriately.
- Identifies safety hazards and actively promotes safety.
- Additional duties as assigned.
