Pacur in Oshkosh, WI seeks an Extrusion Machine Operator to manage sheet lines on a rotating 12-hour shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a 28-day rotation delivering about 14 shifts per month.
You will start up and shut down lines, monitor safety, quality, output, and documentation, perform changeovers with minimal scrap, keep logs in Plex, and work with the team to maintain silicone quality and proper dryer loading.
