** About the Process Engineer Internship:
** Gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations through root cause analysis, data collection and statistical analysis, and Lean continuous improvement initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to solve real-world engineering challenges and drive operational excellence.

* What we're looking for:

*** Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore standing.
* Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Ability to succeed in a team environment.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.

* Preferred experience:

*** Basic Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Skills
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

** What you'll focus on:
*** Work in the draw departments to improve production efficiency, product quality, and assist in the implementation of standards.
* Performing time studies, working with operators on how to improve the process, and identifying root causes of production issues.
* Process analysis and optimization
