Edenbrook of Oshkosh is a skilled nursing facility located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, as part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are looking for a dedicated full‑time RN Manager to become a valued member of our compassionate and skilled team. Basepay range
$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
PositionRN Manager with on‑call rotation
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee and coordinate resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to provide additional leadership support.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with Edenbrook Oshkosh’s mission and values.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility for reciprocity).
- Infection Prevention (IP) Certification is preferred.
- Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
