Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well‑being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
This position is every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) on the AM shift (6:30am- 2:45pmpm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in staff training and development activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse (RN/LPN) license in Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
