Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

This position is 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in staff training and development activities

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care

* We are currently offering a bonus of $5,000. Half of the bonus to be paid out at 6 months of employment and the other half paid out at 1 year of employment.
