Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well‑being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

This position is 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the AM shift (6:30am‑2:45pm) for a total of 31 hours per week. The position is fully benefit eligible including generous vacation and sick time, matching 403(b) retirement saving, insurance, student loan repayment, etc.

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient‑centered care.
