Overview

As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

This position is 6 shifts in a two week pay period on the NOC shift (10:30pm-6:45am) for a total of 24 hours per week.

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Competitive salary and benefits package (wage ranges from $26.75-$31/hr. for LPN or $39-$42/hr. based on experience)
