Position Overview

A growing private anesthesia practice in the Appleton, WI area is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their expanding team.

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $220,000 to $235,000 annually and provides a rare opportunity for excellent work‑life balance with no nights, weekends, or on‑call shifts
. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose between five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days per week, complemented by a generous 6 to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
