Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Assisting horticulturists with maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchard, and prairies.
• Mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting.
• Work may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting 50 lbs.

• Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (approximately April–November).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

• Pay for this position starts at $20/hr.
• Starting immediately, seasonal employees accrue paid vacation and sick time and can participate in Epic's 401(k).
