** Real Estate Closing Specialist
** to help guide buyers and sellers through the final steps of their home purchase.
** What You’ll Do
*** Coordinate and schedule real estate closings
* Review and prepare closing documents
* Walk buyers and sellers through paperwork at closing
* Make sure all documents are accurate and complete
* Handle and distribute funds securely
* Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
* Keep organized records and files## Qualifications
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
* Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office; Qualia is a plus)
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
** Nice to Have (Not Required)
*** Experience in real estate, banking, or customer service
* Bachelor’s degree
** Other Details
*** Full-time, non-exempt position
* Training provided (including help obtaining title license)
