Hallmark Field Installation Supervisor (part-time) - Oshkosh, WI 54902

Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Installation Supervisor. You will supervise a small team of Installation Merchandiser Floaters across a defined geographic area, ensuring that Hallmark fixtures and card department displays are built and maintained in grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailer locations.

Job Overview

The Field Installation Supervisor oversees a group of 2‑3 Floater merchandisers and provides supervisory overview, performance management, and support for service work and department remodels in retail stores.

Salary and Schedule Details
  • Hourly pay: $19.00‑$21.00, depending on skill and experience.
  • Annual pay increases are available.
  • Part‑time; daytime and early‑evening shifts, Monday‑Friday.
  • Average weekly hours: 15‑25.
  • Work and travel required during the week before and after major holidays and potential weekend work during major holiday periods.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Service:
    • Lead a team of 2‑3 Floater merchandisers.
    • Document and manage performance with manager feedback and input.
    • Address retailer concerns, retail execution issues, and merchandiser performance by working with store management and the field team.
  • Lead Department Remodels and Resets:
    • Prepare, direct, and follow up on minor installations, such as resetting product, building fixtures, and merchandising product.
    • Lead or participate in major installations when business exceptions require additional support.
    • Major installations may involve moving the card department, building fixtures, and merchandising product.
Physical Requirements

The role is physically demanding. You will be working on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders throughout the workday.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Read, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
  • Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
  • Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
  • Flexible to work a changing schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Required to work the week before and the week after major holidays.
