Experienced HVAC Tech

Wesley Heating & Cooling in Oshkosh is looking for an Experienced HVAC Tech to join our team. This full-time role pays $60,000 – $80,000 a year (hourly + bonuses).

As an Experienced HVAC Tech, you will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
. There are opportunities for overtime, and you’ll also take part in an on‑call rotation. Each day starts at our central location before heading out to job sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

HVAC diploma or related training is preferred.

Your day will begin by checking in at our central shop before heading out to serve customers in the Oshkosh area. You will perform heating and cooling system maintenance, complete repairs, and troubleshoot problems to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll also spend time talking with customers, answering questions, and helping them understand their systems.
