Pay: $30.75 – $43.05/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

This is a senior‑level role within our Maintenance department. Level 3 Technicians take the lead on high‑complexity projects and mentor lower‑level techs while working hands‑on with PLC‑controlled systems, electrical upgrades, and mechanical rebuilds.

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid in three installments: $1,000 at 90 days; $1,000 at 6 months; $3,000 at 1 year.

As a Level 3 Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, lead projects, and perform complex electrical and mechanical upgrades to equipment across the facility. You’ll work independently, mentor junior techs, and drive improvements on a wide range of systems including PLCs, HMIs, and motion control networks.

• Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Lead projects from initiation to completion
• Execute product changeovers and machine setupsli
  Assist with maintenance tracking systems and documentation
• Train and support lower‑level technicians
• Ensure safety and food‑grade compliance at all times

• Score of 69+ on the Ramsey Maintenance Test or 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must complete 3 continuing education credits per year
• Strong electrical troubleshooting, machining, and fabrication skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
