Job OverviewJoin our trusted team as a full‑time HVAC Technician at Wesley Heating & Cooling. We keep homes and businesses in Oshkosh comfortable year‑round, and we’re looking for a motivated professional to help maintain and repair heating and cooling systems.
Salary and BenefitsCompetitive annual pay range of $60,000 – $80,000 (hourly plus bonuses). Benefits include a co‑op tool program, company vehicle, uniforms, online courses through Learning Solutions, health insurance, paid vacations, and a 401(k) plan with a 10% company match.
Schedule & ResponsibilitiesOur HVAC Technicians work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and on‑call rotation. Each day begins by checking in at our central location before traveling to service areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting to restore comfort quickly and effectively
- Providing professional, clear service and building trust with customers
- Managing daily vehicle and tool inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- HVAC diploma or related training is preferred
