Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician
Trillium Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an experienced Field Service Leader in the Fox Valley region!
The Field Service Manager will work with project teams on small and large industrial equipment installation, commissioning and service throughout the United States. You will be the primary technical SME for customers, contractors and internal technicians.
Duties include:- -Be liaison between customers, sales, third party suppliers, field staff (client, contractor and internal)
- -Provide technical support for installation, repair, troubleshooting
- -Provide post-sale support
- -Manager project budget
- -Coordinate work/production schedules
- -Perform hands on mechanical and electrical work
- -Provide detailed reporting
- -Similar project management and technician/operator development activies
This position is located in the Fox Valley area and will require up to 75% travel. You are never gone more than 2 weeks at a time and typically only a week. While not traveling, this position will be in-office. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
Pay range will be $90-$120k depending on experience with great bonus program and paid OT - annual likely to be in the $130,000k - $170,000k!
To be successful in this role, the Field Service Manager will have:- -5+ years experience in Industrial Laundry equipment
- -Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- -Pneumatic and Hydraulic skills preferrable
- -Experience managing projects and technicians in the field
- -Experience with Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting/service
- -Ability to travel nationally up to 75% of the time
- -Located in or around Fox Valley or willing to relocate
