School Bus Driver – Kobussen Buses Ltd.

Join our team in Oshkosh, WI to provide safe, reliable transportation for students. As a School Bus Driver at Kobussen Buses, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and reliability. No prior experience is required; we provide paid training to obtain your CDL and S & P endorsements.

• Operate a school bus safely and effectively to transport students on assigned routes.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of the bus.
• Ensure student safety and enforce bus rules fairly and consistently.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the maintenance team and dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school officials.
• Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and policies.

• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license held for at least the last 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with S & P endorsements (training provided).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the role.
