Welcome to the family! Team 1 Elite Transport is hiring professional, safety-minded Class A CDL Drivers for flexible Part-Time positions out of Oshkosh, WI.

We offer a mix of local dedicated Linehaul runs and local Spotted Trailer Pickups. Whether you want to pick up extra shifts around your current schedule, work dedicated weekends, or transition to a steady part-time lane, we have day and night positions built to fit your lifestyle.

• Recession-Proof Stability:
  We operate on year-round, contracted Fed Ex lanes. Your shifts are locked in, your pay is stable, and you never have to worry about a sudden lack of freight.

• Competitive Hourly Rate:
  Earn up to $33.00 per hour (Effective rate based on assigned routes).
• Weekend Shift Premium:
  Earn a premium pay bump for choosing to step up and support the crew on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday runs!
• Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate 25% company match on every dollar you contribute (up to 4% of total pay).
• Pay Cycle:
  Paid every Friday via Direct Deposit (W2 Position).

We believe in rewarding your extra hustle with total transparency, all fully documented in your official part-time offer letter:

• Respecting Your Time (Detention): $20.00/hr for detention exceeding 2 hours past cut time. Mechanical breakdown pay starts IMMEDIATELY because we have your back.
• Growing the Family (Orientation): $150.00 per day during your initial ride-along training.
• Onboarding & Safety Support: $20.00/hr for all initial in-person training and special safety meetings.

  Choose from flexible day or night shifts that protect your home time.
• Diverse Operations:
  Run a mix of steady terminal-to-terminal Linehaul turns and local Spotted Trailer Pickups.
• Freight Type:
  Dedicated Fed Ex Network – 100% No-Touch, Drop & Hook. No customer docks or waiting for live unloads. Just drop, hook, and roll.
• Premium Equipment:
  Drive brand new, top-of-the-line 2026 Volvo Day Cabs. Equipped with advanced safety lighting, collision avoidance, and premium ergonomic comfort.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (or 5 years within the last 10)
• Clean MVR and background check (Fed Ex approval standards apply)
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement (Must possess or be willing to obtain before hire)
• Ability to maintain high safety standards while executing part-time shifts
