About the Role:
Hoffmaster is committed to responsible growth, operational excellence, and accurate inventory management that supports our manufacturing and distribution operations. We’re looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee cycle counting and inventory control practices across the facility. In this role, you’ll ensure transactional accuracy, maintain compliance with audit requirements, and support distribution and warehouse operations. Your work will help strengthen inventory reliability, reduce errors, and support operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute inventory control practices and oversee cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Investigate root causes of inventory transaction errors and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain required documentation in accordance with the Cycle Count Program processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors during annual cycle count observations.
• Lead variance challenges and adjustments, ensuring audit requirements are met and documented.
• Assist with annual physical inventory requirements for outside warehouses or vendor service warehouses.
• Support verification, research, and resolution of errors for incoming purchase orders and inter-company transfers.
• Manage system variance reconciliation and inventory accuracy, including WM vs. LX variances, LX vs. Red Prairie variances, PIX and/or ECM error messages, Crossroads production reporting errors, and un-managed warehouse locations.
• Perform non-WM purchase order receipts and transfers in the LX ERP system.
• Support Distribution with initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems; experience with LX ERP and WM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, manufacturing, or logistics.
