Inventory Control Coordinator – Hoffmaster

Location: Oshkosh, WI – salary $43,100.00–$64,700.00

The Inventory Control Coordinator will oversee cycle counting and inventory control practices across the facility, ensuring transactional accuracy, maintaining compliance with audit requirements, and supporting distribution and warehouse operations.

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts to support accurate records
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and support inventory audits
• Help reconcile inventory across systems and locations
• Support physical inventory counts and ERP transactions
• Partner with Distribution on inventory tasks and improvements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems; experience with LX ERP and WM systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, manufacturing, or logistics
