Summary

Twin Cedars Bank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our loan operations team in Des Moines or Oskaloosa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our commercial banking clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role supports commercial, consumer and home mortgage loans.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete loan documentation and compliance process, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate records for commercial, consumer & home mortgage loan applications, agreements, and related documents.
  • Facilitate the opening and maintenance of business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and treasury management services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on the bank's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests, such as wire transfers, ACH transactions, and account changes.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of periodic reports, statements, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Commercial team by identifying and implementing process improvements.
