Full‑time Occupational Therapy Assistant at Flagship Therapy, Crystal Heights, Des Moines, IA. Our Iowa market is excited to announce our growth in the Des Moines area, and we are currently seeking a full‑time OTA to join our crew of in‑house therapists at Crystal Heights.

We are looking for a professional who will help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care, and who can create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility.

• Assist in developing and implementing therapy programs for patients.
• Support expansion of services including Abilities Care, ACP, Big and Loud, and wound care.
• Create additional programs tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across the facility.
• Participate in leadership development opportunities within therapy management and administration.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active state license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience are welcome.
