We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, with a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.

Minimum paid sick leave is provided as required by state law where applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods (November through December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
