Fysicon zoekt een Team leader services in Oss om de serviceafdeling aan te sturen en klantrelaties te versterken. Je werkt aan continue verbetering van processen en zorgt voor effectieve communicatie tussen klant, team en andere afdelingen.
Je hebt HBO-niveau en minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring, met een sterke ICT-oriëntatie. Ervaring met Clientèle en AFAS is een pré; uitstekende Nederlands- en Engelse taalvaardigheden zijn vereist.
