Job Description:

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert technical support to the production departments, focusing on packaging technologies, equipment qualification, and process improvements. This role involves working on various projects to optimize packaging processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and review engineering protocols, reports, project plans, risk assessments, change controls, and qualification documentation.

Plan, coordinate, execute, and report investigations related to process deviations, root cause analyses, CAPEX projects, and process improvements.

Lead or participate in peer groups for specific technical knowledge areas.

Manage and improve systems such as the Quality Management System (QMS), SHE systems, and change control processes.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SHE regulations, and company policies. This includes maintaining conditions that enable colleagues and teams to work in accordance with applicable regulations and internal standards.

Implement and promote company standards related to GMP and SHE.

Requirements

Higher professional education in chemical technology, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field.

Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a multidisciplinary environment.

Strong technical and technological background.

Experience in writing protocols, conducting qualifications, and reporting on equipment validation.

Knowledge of secondary and tertiary packaging techniques and materials.

Familiarity with GMP, EHS guidelines, and Lean principles.

Ability to maintain an overview, communicate effectively, and motivate others.

Persuasive, results-driven, flexible, and proactive.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
