DHS Informatisering zoekt een medewerker servicedesk ICT die dagelijks de interne klanten van onze opdrachtgever te woord staat. Je behandelt vragen en problemen met laptops, tablets en smartphones en volgt relevante installatierichtlijnen en procedures op, met aandacht voor klanttevredenheid.
Je beschikt over mbo-niveau, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt vlot schakelen tussen Windows, MacOS en Android. Ervaring met Microsoft 365 en Intune is een pré maar geen vereiste.
