Dokterbosman in Oss zoekt een ondersteunend begeleider om cliënten te helpen met lichte, praktische hulpvragen. Je werkt nauw samen met ambulant begeleiders om de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten te vergroten.
Als ondersteunend begeleider bied je ondersteuning aan cliënten in hun thuissituatie, en stimuleert en begeleid je hen in praktische activiteiten. Je krijgt veel autonomie en de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via interne trainingen.
