Brabant Zorg zoekt welzijnscoaches op locatie De Ruwaard. Drie afdelingen krijgen een eigen coach om samenwerking en zorg af te stemmen op wonen, welzijn en leefkwaliteit.
Je begeleidt medewerkers en informele zorg, signaleert knelpunten en verbetert de zorg door coaching en ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met de welzijnscoördinator en vertaalt signalen naar passende oplossingen. Je opleiding MMZ mbo 4 of AD Social Work is vereist en je houdt vakkennis up-to-date met bij- en nascholing.
