Warehouse Operator — Path

Introduction

As a Warehouse Employee, you ensure that orders leave the warehouse on time, complete, and correct. You work in a structured manner, are physically strong, and have an eye for detail. In this position, you are an important part of the logistics process within a growing organization.

The organization is a renowned and dynamic trading company based in the Oss region and specializing in authentic Asian food products. This growing organization is constantly working on improvement, with the aim of being a reliable partner for both current and future customers in Europe.

In this position, you will be fully involved in warehouse operations. Using an EPT and hand scanner, you will work independently to collect orders. The scanner will guide you flawlessly through the warehouse, and it will be your job to stack everything accurately and securely onto pallets that can sometimes be up to 2.2 meters high. Physical work does not deter you: bags weighing up to 25 kilos are no problem for you, and you understand the importance of safe and correct lifting.

You will usually work independently, but you will help out when colleagues need assistance. Do you see room for improvement in the process? Then you are encouraged to discuss this with the warehouse manager. Your insight contributes directly to the growth and professionalization of the organization.

What is expected of you?

• You live in the Oss region (max. 20 km away)
• You speak Dutch or English well
• You are physically strong and able to perform heavy work (bags up to 25 kg)
• You are tall enough to pick at a height of 2.2 meters
• You have a proactive, honest attitude and think in terms of solutions
• Experience with EPT is an advantage
• You are looking for a long-term job

What do you get in return?

• A gross hourly wage of €15.76 (for those aged 21 and older). Under 21? Then the hourly wage is between €10.72 and €12.50, depending on experience
• Full-time employment of 36 hours per week
• Working hours in biweekly shifts:
  Week 1 & 2: 7:00 a.m.
  
  - 3:30 p.m. | Week 3 & 4: 9:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:30 p.m.
• 25 vacation days + 11.8 ADV hours per year
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (according to internal regulations)
