Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
Work 36 hours. Get paid for 40.
Three nights on. Four nights off. Full-time pay.Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components—and keep your weekdays open. We’re looking for an experienced machinist who takes ownership of setups, cares about quality, and helps teammates succeed in a clean, air-conditioned shop.
Your roleIndependently set up and run Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs.
Apply strong G and M code knowledge on Citizen machines, with some macro programming knowledge.
Troubleshoot machining issues, working with supervision as needed.
Train teammates on basic and intermediate setups and production jobs.
Communicate clearly with your work cell and across the department.
Use production systems to track jobs and complete training.
Keep your workspace safe and organized, and contribute ideas that improve daily operations.
Experience: 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.
Strong shop math, precision measurement skills, and attention to detail.
Comfort using computers and production tracking systems.
High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.
$30–$39/hour, based on qualifications, plus quarterly bonus eligibility.
A three-night schedule: work 36 hours and receive 40 hours of pay.
