• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation
• 5+ years of experience in industrial controls
• 5+ years of experience with PLC and HMI programming
• 5+ years of experience in overseeing electrical design and schematics

You will work in a collaborative team of 6 engineers alongside a group of programmers, focusing on project management and execution. The environment is supportive, fostering growth and skill expansion in the field of project management.

This is a Permanent position based out of Osseo, WI.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. They will have a 10% bonus that is dependent on company and self performance, and that could end up paying out at 200% if the company performs well. They will also have profit sharing anywhwere from 0-7% based on company performance.

They will get 3 weeks of PTO and it will not accue so they get that right away. 11 paid holidays, PPO health plan which is extremly afforadableno attendance policy

This is a fully onsite position in Osseo,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 28, 2025.
