- produces high-quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the radiology departments.
- requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology.
- practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients.
- fosters teamwork through effective communication.
- ensures high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines.
- maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths.
- perform other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.
- schedule: monday through friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, every 4th weekend required. Call required one night per week and on the scheduled weekend.
- required skills & experience: organization, efficiency, and multifunctionality; ability to work independently; excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication; ability to respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- preferred skills & experience: radiologic technologist or ct technologist experience preferred.
- provided by manager: starting ivs if needed, general x-ray and ct experience required. Ability to work independently.

- education: graduate of an accredited radiography program.

- preferred certifications & licensure: arrt (ct) preferred.
- the candidate must have arrt ct, bls, and wi licensure.
