Customer Service Engineer

Concorde Technology Group Limited is looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team.

This role is based from our Head Office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, and will require travelling to customer sites throughout the UK, mostly within a 2–3 hour drive of Ossett.

The ideal candidate will have an organised and disciplined work ethic, a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, and will be able to work independently or as part of a small team. The package is based on the candidate’s experience and will include a company‑issued vehicle.

• Respond to service calls on client sites.
• Resolve complex technical faults while maintaining regular communication with the company.
• Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance as requested and document full activity records.
• Develop and maintain an in‑depth technical knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets and calls.
• Adhere to Group Information Security Policy and ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Carry out any other duties as required.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering role.
• Lenovo qualified PC Service Technician & Customer Service for Service Technician, or other vendor accreditations would be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Printer repair knowledge and an understanding of mechanical printing processes; experience with printer driver and connectivity for local & network environments.
• PC hardware/software and server hardware experience.
• Ability to update call systems live.
• Excellent customer service and client interfacing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to carry out additional duties as required.
