Production Manager
The Group Leader at Kinisla will head a shift team of operators to deliver safe, efficient and quality production. You will manage the daily production plan, resolve issues in real time, and act as a key link between operators and the Production Stream Manager.
You will lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on the line, coach staff, manage holidays and leave, and ensure accurate handovers and data reporting to drive performance.
