Biggs Property Management is hiring a full-time Property Manager for the Country Place and Lancaster communities in Ossian, IN. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and general operations to keep properties occupied and well maintained.
You will sign leases, show homes, manage occupancy and delinquency records, attend eviction court, and handle resident inquiries with strong communication and organizational skills. HUD/TC experience and Microsoft 365 are required;
Yardi is a plus.
