Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which eliminates explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war-torn regions.
- Build and establish the Service Department — defining strategy, processes, structures, and tools from the ground up
- Deliver technical customer support, both remote and on-site, across our portfolio of RF systems
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and field service operations to ensure maximum system availability
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SLAs, ticketing systems, and service processes
- Manage spare parts, inventory, and service logistics to support efficient operations
- Conduct technical training sessions and customer workshops, both in Switzerland and internationally
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Ensure accurate technical documentation and full compliance with service and quality standards
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Technology, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong expertise in RF technology, communications engineering, and complex technical systems
- 3-5 years of experience in technical service, field service, customer support, or after-sales management
- Hands-on mentality, with a readiness to perform customer interventions and troubleshooting on-site
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and cultures
- Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
- Fluent in German and English;
French and/or Arabic considered an advantage - Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
