Hospitality & Food Teacher

Are you passionate about hospitality, food and inspiring others to achieve their potential?

Derwen College is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Hospitality & Food Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will deliver engaging, practical and inclusive learning experiences, supporting students with learning disabilities and autism to develop vocational skills, confidence and independence within hospitality and food.

Working in our specialist learning environment, you will plan and deliver high-quality teaching, helping students gain the knowledge, practical skills and qualifications they need to prepare for employment and independent living. You’ll work closely with colleagues and employers to provide meaningful, real-world learning opportunities.

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality, catering or food education, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting learners to succeed. A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, is desirable.
