Health Care Assistant Pay: £14.00 - £14.75 per hour

Oswestry Shifts Available: 08:00am 20:00pm (12-hour day shift) 20:00pm 08:00am (12-hour night shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to support a client in their own home in Oswestry. This is a care role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred support as part of a team. You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional reassurance, ensuring the clients safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. The client has a learning disability and epilepsy, is non-verbal, and has sensory needs.

You must be patient, observant, and confident.

Duties include:

Providing full personal care Supporting daily routines and activities Providing epilepsy management Delivering consistent, person-centred care Monitoring wellbeing and promoting safety Offering emotional support and reassurance You will work as part of a support package, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality care at all times.
