Operations Manager required for a market leading company who have quickly grown to become a true market leader within their industry. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a friendly, family run business who are known for the quality of their product.

This role will suit an experienced Operations Manager (or similar) with experience of working in a fast-paced industry. You will need strong people management experience, experience leading strategic initiatives and driving businesses forward.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing site activities at the company s location in Oswestry. This will include overseeing a production mill, transport activities, engineering and CAPEX.

The Operations Manager Role:

Overseeing a site of approximately 200 staff
Oversight of production mill, transport activities, engineering and CAPEX
Promote a high-performance culture
Days based hours with some weekend flexibility required
Reporting KPIs to board of directors

The Operations Manager Candidate:

Experienced in a fast-paced production environment
Leadership experience
Experience improving processes and best practices
