Arla Foods Oswestry is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a production team of 10-20 colleagues in a busy cheese packaging facility. You’ll own performance, safety and continuous improvement while delivering on production plans and keeping GMP and quality standards.
You will coach and develop people, drive engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain operational excellence across the site. This role is day/night shift, 3 on 3 off, with strong leadership required.
