We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication experience who is keen to further develop their skills in a hands-on engineering environment. The successful candidate will support a variety of fabrication and assembly tasks, playing an important role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard while continuing to learn and progress within the role.

• Operate a range of hand and power tools to support fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Carry out welding duties as required (full training and qualifications provided).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following all health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards.
• Apply basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and material preparation.
• Assist with the movement and handling of materials and equipment across the workshop.
• Load and unload materials and deliveries, ensuring safe handling and correct storage.

The successfully appointed Fabricator Welder will have the following skills and abilities:

• MIG Welding
• Eager to learn and develop new skills within welding and fabrication.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to confidently use a range of hand and power tools.
• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Good numeracy skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
