We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coating Sprayer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Manual Powder Application: Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring optimal application techniques for a flawless finish.
- Gun Maintenance - Daily cleaning, setup, and adjustment of spray guns.
- Mix and match powder coatings to achieve desired colours and finishes.
- Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Team working: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the coating process or equipment
- Proven experience in powder coating or industrial painting.
- Ability to maintain consistent finish quality.
- Knowledge and understanding of powder coating processes including curing processes, equipment and film thickness control.
- Reliable, motivated, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
