We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Registered Manager to lead this service and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.

Responsibilities:

• ✅ Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
• ✅ Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high standards of care
• ✅ Have strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding
• ✅ Demonstrate resilience, motivation, and commitment to positive outcomes
• ✅ Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required

• Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) –
  essential
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) –
  desirable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
• Minimum 2 years in a management role
