As a Night Shift RN at Othello Community Hospital, you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room department. You’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and rapid response are essential. You’ll assess, treat, and stabilize patients of all ages with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions.

• Location: Othello Community Hospital, Othello, WA
• Status: Full-Time (benefit earning)
• Wage Range: $40.57 – $98.81/hour (plus shift differentials and premiums, if applicable)

• Deliver total nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Collaborate with EMS, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington State RN license
• BLS certification required at time of hire
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months
• Emergency Room experience preferred, but not required
