Administrative Assistant - Michels Utility Service, Inc.

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is a leading natural gas utility contractor dedicated to safety and quality while building and maintaining in‑town distribution networks. This seasonal Administrative Assistant position, located in Otsego, MN, provides day‑to‑day administrative support to both corporate and divisional teams. Key responsibilities include keeping a professional image, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and performing various clerical duties.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related administrative experience (or an equivalent combination). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with customer service, and prior administrative experience in the construction industry are desired.
