Otsego, MN I Direct Hire | $26.00/hr- $35.00/hr

Konik is partnering with a company specializing in prefabricated buildings in need of a Revit Technician with a well-rounded architectural drafting background in commercial and residential construction. The Revit Technician will create models and production drawings for structures that will be built in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Revit models and production drawings
• Develop BOMs for residential and commercial projects
• Ensure BIM accuracy
• Coordinate with external consultants
• Help create Revit standards and templates for the company
• Partner with the production floor when issues arise
• Mentor more junior-level staff

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Drafting & Design, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience using Revit in residential or commercial construction, with strong knowledge of MEP or structural (wood) systems.
• Previous experience with prefabricated buildings or off-site construction projects is ideal.
• Proficiency in Revit;
  Revit Certification is preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
