Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Project Manager, you will serve as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Support the project team in managing scope, costs, and schedules.
- Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and resolve issues, coordinating with field personnel and project teams.
- Help maintain project documentation and compliance with company policies.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel and commit to long‑term onsite assignments, including in‑field support for substation projects.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.

Expected Salary Range: $70,000 – $97,000 USD (actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other lawful factors).
