Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee all operations within your pharmacy. You will model our values, demonstrate authentic care, and ensure patients receive high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Provide Pharmacy Professional Practice and Medication Therapy Management
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage inventory
• Lead workflow management and optimize pharmacy operations
• Implement patient care programs and drive business growth initiatives
• Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances offenses

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm

D degree.

$65.00/hr – $82.00/hr (base hourly rate).
