Aboutthe Role
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys working together. If you've got at least 3 years of hands‑on HVAC experience and you're ready for a company that supports your growth and values your contributions, we'd love to have you on board.

WhatYou'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, RTUs, refrigeration, etc.)
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, using wiring diagrams
- Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems
- Handle emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems
- Follow work orders, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team and customers
- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with a supportive and knowledgeable team
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial and/or residential)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and comfort using dispatch/job management tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet
- Willing to participate in an on-call rotation
