Client Service Specialist

Our client, a well-established financial services firm in the East End, is excited to welcome a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Client Service Specialist to their growing team.

• Process trades (purchases, redemptions, switches, systematic plans, etc.) within a 24-hour turnaround, adhering to a daily 4:00 p.m. cut-off
• Review, follow up on, and ensure the accuracy of all trade activity
• Set up new client accounts and manage account transfers
• Upload and maintain documentation across multiple systems
• Prepare client paperwork for signature
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files
• Liaise with fund companies and external banks, primarily via phone

• Bilingual in English and French preferred, as many client forms are prepared and submitted in French
• Previous administrative experience required
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other software systems

$47,000 - $52,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications
